Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The exception is in the case of a manufacturing defect or printing issue. If your product has a quality issue, send a photo to deer.mullet.shop@gmail.com and we will fix it.

If you want to return your item due to buying the wrong size or other non-quality issue, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and will not be refunded for shipping ($5 for most apparel items.)

To start a return, contact us at deer.mullet.shop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be refunded.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
